People ignore Darius Rucker who says he sings whatever music he wants to sing and what he likes to sing is the music genre most people consider country music. People ignore the fact Lionel Ritchie writes a lot of songs for popular country music singers. People ignore the fact that black folks loved the Hee Haw TV show and Glen Campbell.

It’s so silly, isn’t it? Disregard clear obvious facts and keep declaring that “Country music ain’t for black folks!” If you say it enough times it will become true. Right? LOL.
