GENDER PAY INEQUALITY: Do you know what angers me about this topic? It's a “created problem” that shouldn't that shouldn't even exist. I KNOW equal pay is doable. How do I know? Because I used to work for the federal government.

The government has a standardized pay scale. So say you apply for a job and get selected for the position. The job was advertised as a “GS 13”. If you get the job you get paid a GS13 salary. (https://www.federalpay.org/gs/2021/GS-13#:~:text=GS-13) It doesn't matter if you're a man OR a woman.

If the federal government can do this, anybody can do it!
