Growing up, my mother only put avocado in a salad or just cut up the avocado and ate it with a squeeze of lemon, salt and black pepper. My late husband was the first person I ever saw put avocado on a piece of toast. I was like: 'You can do that?' (O.o) What else don't I know about what's happening on planet earth. LOL.
