I love rice recipes. What I really like is that it can be eaten as a side dish or as a meal. And you can really be creative and mix rice with so many other ingredients. I often cook rice with various ingredients such as beans, greens, etc. It's a one-pot recipe and I eat it as a meal.
Do you have a particule rice that you really like for your recipes? Brown rice, white rice, jasmine rice, basmati rice, long grain, medium grain, etc.
