I remember when they caught this guy and some were saying he wouldn't get a fair trial because he was a black man and … blah blah blah. But my boss, at that time, said: “Well! Ever since they caught him, there haven't been any more child murders.”

Either a person is guilty or innocent. They can't be both. Either the real murderer was brought to justice and since he was behind bars there were no more murders. OR … the real murderer decided to stop the killing since someone else was going to jail instead of him. What are the odds the real murderer was still out there?
