I use something similar. It was called HideoutTV and then they rebranded to PixelPointTV. I have been using it for years to earn crypto, even though they pay in cash or gift cards. I just prefer crypto.

My earnings are consistent but maybe it's because I'm in the USA. My friends in other countries tell me they don't earn much from that site.
