I was drawn to Korean movies and culture because I knew nothing about it. If it were not for Netflix, I am not too sure I would have ever become interested. My first Korean historical drama was “Tamra the Island” and I was hooked! I watched it severl times because at the time Netflix did not have many K-dramas to choose. Now they're loaded withthem. But not only did I have fun learning the history, but I noticed is that it's a lot easier to pick up the Korean language than it is to learn Chinese or Japanese or Hindi. I also watch Chinese, Japanese, and Indian movies and TV series. Some of the Korean words almost sound like English to me.
Anyway! I saw this article and just wanted to leave a comment that I can totally relate to … uuhh … not exactly being a Lee Mon Ho fan. I like him. But there are other male Korean ctors that I like a lot more. LOL.
