If you feel confident about your position then contact Medium Support directly. I started with this platform about 10 years ago. There have not been very many times when I have had to contact Support but whenever I did, my questions were always answered, and/or my problem was always solved. Medium is a top-notch platform and the owners and support staff want to keep it that way.
