IMAGINATION vs REALITY
Rod Serling was a genius, an American icon, andd visionary. Mr. Serling passed away in 1975. When I grew up in the 50s and 60s, nobody was talking about climate change. We were in a space race. The Americans versus the Russians. Nobody was saying anything about the rockets puncturing the ozone layer and exposing ALL the inhabitants of the earth to the deadly rays of the sun. When I look back, the freakiest thing about Rod Serling's imagination was that it was so very real. But I didn't know it, at the time. Science fiction turned into science fact. This tweet is priceless!
