It's fascinating the amount of stuff or “evidence” people can write about aliens. I would not doubt that such content was found in KGB archives. But I would not believe any of it. If folks in the KGB had really encountered alien races, they would have already partnered agreements to become allies. Then Putin would have just asked the aliens to get Ukraine for him. Putin is like Lex Luther who wanted to be Ruler of Australia. LOL.
