No surprise at what you found on dark web. Even though it's cyberspace, it's still the real world. It's not fiction. People who want to commit evil deeds will always find a way.
Cyberspace or not. Criminals always think they are smart enough not to get caught no matter where they are. ALWAYS.
But the law enforcement agencies hunt them down even if they are on the dark web. Both G-Men are on the dark web (Gangsters and Government men). The long arm of the law is REALLY REALLY LONG.
FUN HISTORY FACT: "Don't shoot G-Men" is a phrase that became associated with FBI special agents after George "Machine Gun" Kelly reportedly shouted it when he was arrested by the FBI in 1933. The phrase is attributed to "Machine Gun" Kelly, who is said to have surrendered at the time with his hands up, yelling "Don't shoot G-Men, don't shoot". The term "G-Man" is slang for "Government Man". The term was originally used to refer to any government agent, but became synonymous with FBI special agents after the phrase became popular. The term became even more popular with the popularity of "Film Noir" and gangster films in the 1940s and 50s." (REF: https://intelligence.fandom.com/wiki/G-Man_(slang))
