Patriarchal or matriarchal? Not a question that would concern me, as long as every member of that society is treated equally and can live peacefully. If whoever is put in charge can achieve that, then hopefully other parts of the world can "copy them" and do the same. One of my old bosses used to say: "If something works, bottle it and sell it." You got that right. If you get something to work right, then repeat the process over and over gain.
