Some African-Americans might not want to admit it out loud that they love country music. I used to watch The Glen Campbell Show and Hee Haw religiously. There were country music legends that were guests on those shows. It was great entertainment!

As for American Idol? They get credit for introducing even more amazing country music artists to the world.
