The entire history of nations conquering other nations became the history of humanity as soon as one human figured out he could use a weapon to kill another human. Palestine is just one of those nations on the earth. The end result is either one nation or group of people accept being conquered and live life the best way they can in the situation they are in or … FIGHT TO THE DEATH! It's a pattern of behavior for all of mankind.

The fight or the strife takes different “forms”. One of those forms is GENOCIDE. It's a cruel reality.

Children in Gaza and all over the world are suffering. They were not given a choice to be born into a world where nobody is interested in being a peacemaker. But they're here.

This partifular fight IS about religion. That's why Hezbollah translates to “party of God”. Hezbollah supports Hamas and others with the same agenda.

You can say it's NOT about right and wrong. But EVERYBODY says they're RIGHT!

Everybody says everything they do is because they are defending themselves AND they have every right to defend themselves because THEY'RE RIGHT! Both sides do it!

I wish I could say something different. My mother used to make me watch the news. I'm almost 70 years old and I've been hearing this same news about Israel and Palestine since I was a young child (about 7 years old).

Sadly, innocent children DIE! EVERY DAY! This strife will never end, no matter what. Their deaths will simply be written off as “casualties of war”.

Even those who are interested in peace - “decent people” - can't STOP those who are determined to FIGHT because they believe they are RIGHT!
