The only thing I have ever heard about Joséphine, the wife of Napoleon, was that she spent most of the day in bed naked. There was no need to get out of bed because she was always having sex. (That's what I heard.)

I didn't know if that was really true, and did not give those words much thought. But if you say she cuckolded Napoleon, then it would make sense. That's probably why she was in bed for most of the day. (LOL.)

No doubt, she's not the first woman in history to use "bed magic" to charm a powerful leader. Napoleon's not the first man to fall hopelessly in love with a woman, no matter if she was unfaithful. Like that old Percy Sledge song says "When a man loves woman, she can do no wrong."
