There is no such thing as a ‘corruption-free’ country. I view the authority in all countries with extreme caution. Actually, most crimes that are committed are the result of a group of people (some in authority) who CONSPIRE together to commit them.

So? Yes, there are some conspiracy theorists who sound like a bunch of nutcases. But one should at least listen to what they are saying. It might only be a “theory” because they have not been able to gather the evidence to prove that it's not a theory, it's a fact. That's because CONSPIRACISTS make sure it's a very hard thing to do!

One of my brothers used to say: “Listen to everybody, including people deemed insane. Not everything a crazy person says is crazy. Sometimes they say stuff that makes sense!”
